Faculty are encouraged to consult the following

appropriate sources and help you locate information.
The Internet is filled with databases, search engines and
funding agency sites, which anyone can use to find
potential funding opportunities. Below is just a small
selection of the better sites. Please note(!): The majority
of these sites are off campus.

OSP Bulletin A monthly newsletter that provides
information on funding opportunities, deadlines,
announcements and ECU submissions and awards.

F.Y.I. (A great funding newsletter including deadline

F.Y.I. is published twice a month by the University of Florida, Gainesville. The WEB version is
provided free of charge to the national academic community. It provides timely funding opportunity
information classified by academic discipline and deadline date. Each entry in F.Y.I. is a link to
further information about the opportunity. You may click and print out this information at will.
However, DO NOT REQUEST ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF
FLORIDA STAFF ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY VIA THE F.Y.I. LINKS. They will not honor
the request. Direct all such requests to the ECU Office of Sponsored Programs. We will be pleased
to help you.
